About Us
The Miami New Media Festival is a public art platform, which aims to promote video, film, and performance, among a broad audience. MNMF was founded in Miami Florida in 2006, and happen every year during Fall season. With various art activities such as video screenings, video mapping, audio-visual live performances, workshops, exhibitions, and lectures, MNMF offers a new possibility of public art.
This festival encourages public participation of artists' 15 years old and older, with no nationality or residency restrictions. The MNMF is open to all audiences, artists, art students, scholars, academic institutions, curators, collectors, institutions and companies, as well as all members of the community.

Board
Social museologist, entrepreneur, curator, collector, artist. Creator and Founder of Hardcore Art Contemporary Space, Arts Connection and The Chill Concept. She has a professional background in Business and Museum Science Studies. As an artist AKA Nina Dotti, she has been involved in several ways of contemporary art practices., specially participatory performances As gallerist and museum specialist she had participated in over 80 international art fairs as: Art Miami, Arte Americas Miami, Scope (New York, Miami, Basel) Context Miami, Bridge London, Pinta Art Fair (New York,London Miami), Art Shanghai, LINK Hong Kong, Platform LA, FIA Caracas, among many others.Curator since 2000. Nina has managed for a decade the curatorial program at Hardcore Art Contemporary Space , The Chill Concept and The Inclusive Way, in Miami. Nina focuses on creating exhibits as a platform for social activism and educational purposes in human rights, environmental issues, creative thinking and community engagement.
Nina Fuentes VIP ( Video , Installation and Performance) Collection is a solid contemporary art collection base in Miami with more than 1000 pieces that she started collecting in Venezuela since 1996.
Currently she is a member of the International Council of Museums (ICOM), The Perez Art Museum of Miami (PAMM) Collector’s Circle, and the American Alliance of Museums (AAM). Nina Fuentes was recognized by the Board of the Miami-Dade County for her innovation and creativity as "ambassador of the arts" in the County. Carlos A. Gimenez, Mayor de Miami-Dade County, Chairman Jean Monestime and the members of the Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of Miami-Dade County and this community, proclaimed Monday, February 16, 2015 as "Nina Fuentes Day”.

Zavarce, holds a BA from the Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV, 2000). He is a researcher, developer and adviser in the area of culture and visual arts. He has taught in the Departments of Sociology of Art. Also he taught Analysis of Socio-cultural State, Aesthetic Seminar, and Community Service at the Arts School of the Central University of Venezuela, (UCV). He has participated as an organizer and speaker at national and international events, and is a regular contributor at various publications. He currently works as a consultant and researcher at the Organización Nelson Garrido, (ONG), and as curatorial deputy director at El Anexo Arte Contemporáneo. Actually He is curatorial adviser of Arts Connection Foundation.

Graphic designer, curator and artist. Director of Language Technology, Media and Arts at Telema Cultural Foundation, Caracas, Venezuela. Curator and producer of the multidisciplinary media event at The Chill Concept and Arts Connection Foundation in Miami, Fl. Samples of her artwork are placed in several galleries, museums and showrooms in Brazil, Colombia, Spain, Venezuela and USA.
