Guidelines:
– Application: Soon to be announced.
– Artists older than 16 years old may participate regardless of their nationality.
– All art pieces will become part of the archive of the Festival on YouTube and could be used in future festivals, with no commercial ends, and as a part of the event.
– The selected art pieces will be announced to the authors via email and on the festival’s website.
– Videos must be sent through a downloadable link.
– Videos must not exceed 10 minutes long.
