Diego Bernaschina
Diego Bernaschina (1982, Chile). Lives and works in Santiago. It is hard of hearing, visual artist, designer and teacher. Bachelor of Arts, Design and Education, Professor in Art and Design at the Technological University of Chile INACAP and Diploma in Digital Graphics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. In 2010 he received FONDART Scholarship, awarded by the Government of Chile. Since 2003 he has participated in several solo and group exhibitions in Chile and abroad.

Project Title: People on the street: Street ride in everyday life (2016)
Proposal Summary: My work represents a pilot project of video art, where high social inequality on the crisis of middle class and extreme economic vulnerability are combined. This project is a series of videos that have been altered through adjustment layers and video effects. In this project it is used an observational approach for his visual aesthetic focused on locations.
