Project Title: No Place in Time
Proposal Summary: l use digital video recordings of events in nature that are transformed into drawing-like, video animations of the event. The drawing quality of the video serves to create a present tense to the video, while the video itself documents the past event. Thus, creating a tension between the time and place references (“then” and “there”) as the drawing like video is experienced (‘here’ and ‘now).
